There’s something deeply comforting about a great bagel — warm, chewy, generously topped, and meant to be enjoyed with both hands. On Saturday, February 7, The Fat Ox is leaning into that feeling with a one-day Bagel Pop-Up, served fresh from 10am–2pm.
We’re partnering with local favourite Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. to bring you breakfast-style bagels made with love, built Fat Ox–style. Whether you’re stopping in for a cozy morning bite, meeting friends for a late brunch moment, or fueling up before the day unfolds, this pop-up is all about warmth, comfort, and indulgence.
Our menu ranges from simple classics to fully loaded creations — think smoked salmon with dill and capers, bodega-style bacon, egg & cheese, and Italian-inspired sausage with soft scrambled eggs. Prefer to choose your own adventure? Our Fat Ox Bagel Platter is made for sharing (or not).
The best part? When bagels wrap at 2pm, we roll seamlessly into happy hour and dinner service, so you can turn a morning stop into a full day at The Fat Ox.
