Thanksgiving, Fat Ox style. Gather around the table for a cozy, family-style feast celebrating fall flavours, Alberta ingredients and the very best part of the holiday — sharing a great meal together.

Start with winter greens with orange, caramelized onion, radicchio and shaved fennel before choosing your main: Roasted Alberta Prime Rib with house-made gravy or Slow-Roasted Porchetta with green apple salsa verde, or Gnocchi with roasted pumpkin cream, brown butter and sage.

For the table, we’ll be serving buttery garlic mashed potatoes, maple butter roasted carrots with toasted hazelnuts, and savoury bread pudding with sage, chestnut and parmesan.

Finish with Pumpkin Tart topped with mascarpone chantilly and candied pecans.
