Inspired by the historic cattle markets of Italy’s Piedmont region—and our own namesake tradition—we’ve created a limited-time menu that pays tribute to the farmers, purveyors, and artisans who make Canada’s culinary landscape so extraordinary.
Join us on December 16th and 17th after 5 pm to honour Canada’s bounty through a menu that bridges alpine inspiration with prairie excellence—rooted in tradition, elevated with care, and crafted to be savoured.
