This International Women’s Day, The Fat Ox invites you to gather, create, and celebrate the strength and beauty of women through art, conversation, and connection.
On March 8th, we’re hosting a special Paint Night led by Natalie Castillo of Let’s Get Artsy, whose intuitive approach to art encourages self-expression, presence, and flow. Set in our intimate private room, the evening begins with a gentle, floral-inspired foundation before opening into an intuitive painting experience—blending guided moments with personal creative freedom. The result is a meaningful journey that’s as reflective as it is expressive.
Adding another layer to the evening, we’re honoured to welcome Ange Heli, founder of After Glow Lifestyle Coaching. Through her inclusive philosophy and signature GLOW Method, Ange empowers women to feel confident in their bodies and at ease with food. Her work has been widely recognized in the community, and her insights promise to inspire and uplift.
Throughout the night, guests are invited to enjoy food and beverages available for purchase—perfect for sipping, snacking, and mingling while creativity unfolds.
This is more than a paint night. It’s a celebration of women, intuition, and shared experience—hosted in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of The Fat Ox.
