This autumn, join us in celebrating Banff’s Taste for Adventure with The Fat Ox Forage – a three-course menu inspired by the beauty of the season and crafted with care by our culinary team.
From October 26 – November 6, savour an elevated take on local flavours for just $52 per person.

First Course
Pear Salad – Little gem lettuce, toasted pecans, white wine–poached pears, Italian Asiago.

Ricotta Ravioli – Brown butter, roasted squash, pumpkin seed, sage.
