Set against the stunning backdrop of Banff, this elegant evening will transport you to the Languedoc region of Southern France, showcasing thoughtfully paired wines and a beautifully curated 4-course menu.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Adrien de Philip, Gérard Bertrand’s Canadian Brand Ambassador, who will guide us through each pour. Adrien brings deep roots in French hospitality and wine, with experience at Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and as the former Beverage Director at Four Seasons Montreal.
