For the next chapter of our Long Table Dinner Series, we’re bringing a little old-school Italian charm to the Canadian Rockies.

Welcome to A Night in Little Italy, an evening inspired by bustling neighbourhood trattorias, Sunday dinners at Nonna’s, and the kind of food that brings everyone together.

Settle in around our long table for a family-style Italian feast, where plates are passed, glasses are filled, and nobody leaves hungry. Chef Joseph is serving up a comforting Canadian-Italian menu filled with nostalgic favourites, rich flavours, and recipes worth sharing.

Think homemade meatballs simmered in tomato sugo, spicy Italian sausage, perfectly prepared pasta, slow-cooked Alberta beef braciole, and, of course, a little tiramisu to finish.

Because the best Italian dinners are shared.

The Menu

Antipasti — To Start

• Grilled Focaccia with roasted garlic butter and Parmigiano
• Prosciutto di Parma with pears and pomegranate
• Chef Glen’s Polpette with tomato sugo and Grana Padano
• Salsiccia with sweet bell peppers and caramelized onions

Secondi — The Main Event

• Pasta alla Gricia with guanciale, rigatoni, Pecorino Romano and black pepper
• Alberta Beef Braciole with fine herbs, focaccia crumb, pine nuts and Sunday gravy
• Roasted Baby Potatoes with rosemary and lemon

Dolce — Something Sweet

• Classic Tiramisu, just like Nonna used to make

Make a night of it with our optional $49 wine pairing, featuring three thoughtfully selected pours to complement each course.

From a crisp Poplar Grove Pinot Grigio to Quails’ Gate Pinot Noir, finishing with a sweet Niagara Ice Wine, it’s the perfect excuse to raise another glass.
