The Fat Ox is joining bars and restaurants around the world for Negroni Week, a seven-day celebration of one of Italy’s most iconic cocktails in support of Slow Food.

From September 21–27, we’re putting our own alpine-Italian spin on the classic with four Negronis — from sweet and savoury to the original and a zero-proof pour.
