This November, we invite you to take a seat at the bar, settle in, and leave the menu in the hands of our chefs.

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of omakase, meaning “I leave it up to you,” our Pasta Omakase brings an Italian twist to the art of trusting the chef. Think beautiful handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, slow-simmered sauces, and thoughtfully crafted small plates, all presented in a multi-course tasting experience designed to surprise and delight.

Each evening will unfold a little differently, with our chefs creating an ever-evolving menu inspired by the freshest ingredients of the season. From familiar Italian comforts to unexpected flavour combinations, every course is an invitation to discover something new.

Join us every Friday and Saturday evening throughout November for an intimate culinary experience, priced at $79 per person.

With just two seatings each evening and only 26 seats available per night, Pasta Omakase is designed to be a more personal way to dine. Gather around the bar, enjoy the theatre of the kitchen, and savour an evening of exceptional food, good wine, and great conversation.
