This autumn, join us in celebrating Banff’s Taste for Adventure with The Fat Ox Forage – a three-course menu inspired by the beauty of the season and crafted with care by our culinary team.

From October 26 – November 6, savour an elevated take on local flavours for just $52 per person.

First Course
Pear Salad – Little gem lettuce, toasted pecans, white wine–poached pears, Italian Asiago.
Gluten-free / vegetarian / dairy-free option available.

Second Course
Ricotta Ravioli – Brown butter, roasted squash, pumpkin seed, sage.
Vegetarian.

Dessert
Vanilla Crème Brûlée – Blackberry preserves, hazelnut streusel.

Signature Cocktail
Orange & Rosemary Gin Sour – Malfy Con Arancia Gin, rosemary-infused simple syrup, lemon juice, egg white, orange bitters. Garnished with orange zest and a fresh rosemary sprig. $18
