This summer and fall, Fat Ox invites you to experience The Long Table Series—a collection of immersive open-air dinners inspired by two of Italy’s most iconic festivals. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, each evening pairs regional Italian cuisine with live music, mountain sunsets, exceptional wines, and the timeless joy of gathering together.

Ravello Festival

An Evening on the Amalfi Coast

August 11th | Live Jazz Music

Perched high above the Amalfi Coast, the town of Ravello has welcomed musicians, artists, and travellers for generations. Since the 1950s, the world-renowned Ravello Festival has transformed its hilltops into open-air stages where classical and jazz performances unfold beneath the stars.

For one evening, we’re bringing that same romance to Banff.

Join us at one beautifully set communal table as live music fills the patio and the sun sets behind the mountains. Inspired by the fresh flavours of Southern Italy, Chef Joe has created a menu celebrating the Mediterranean coast.
