Introducing our brand new Aperitivo at The Fat Ox — a fresh take on happy hour inspired by long Italian lunches, spritz-filled afternoons, and mountain patio season done properly.

Daily from 1–4pm, we’re serving up refreshing cocktails, crave-worthy snacks, fresh pasta, and beautiful mountain views that practically demand you stay for another round.

Sip on an Amalfi or Aperol Spritz while soaking in panoramic mountain views from our dining room or expansive patio. Feeling hungry? Pair it with house-made focaccia, marinated olives, rigatoni carbonara, or our signature chicken parmesan.
