Our fall and winter menu brings together comforting Alpine Italian flavours, seasonal ingredients and a little mountain indulgence. Start with your choice of dishes like Roasted Chestnut Arancini, Beet Salad or Winter Panzanella before moving on to hearty mains including Braised Alberta Beef Short Rib, Arctic Char or Butternut Squash Gnocchi. Finish things off with Dark Chocolate & Cherry Cannoli or our Chef’s seasonal Gelato or Sorbetto.

Feeling a little extra? Upgrade your experience with additions like Bison Carpaccio, Calamari or Lamb Shank, and ask your server about our hand-selected wine pairings to make a night of it.
