Twelve festive days. Twelve ways to sip, savour, celebrate, and give back.
Join us as we count down to Christmas with seasonal specials, chef-driven features, and community-minded moments inspired by our alpine roots.


DAY 1 – December 13

Inverno Spritz – Hot or Cold | $17

Start Oxmas with a sparkle. Our signature winter spritz is yours, warm and cozy or chilled and refreshing. The choice is yours—both taste like holiday magic.


DAY 2 – December 14

Après Board | $12 per person

Individual charcuterie crafted by Chef Joe—artisanal meats, cheeses, and alpine nibbles (gf). The perfect après-ski bite, no skis required.


DAY 3 – December 15

Winter Lasagna for Two | $44

Hand-rolled pasta layered with ricotta, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms, and fine herbs. Built for sharing with someone you love—just like Nonna intended.


DAY 4 & 5 – December 16 & 17

Inspired by the historic Fiera del Bue Grasso, we celebrate our namesake—and support our neighbours.

We’re celebrating the rich flavours, skilled producers, and remarkable ingredients that define Canadian beef. Inspired by the historic cattle markets of Italy’s Piedmont region—and our own namesake tradition—we’ve created a two-day feature menu that pays tribute to the farmers, purveyors, and artisans who make Canada’s culinary landscape so extraordinary.

From house-cured bresaola and Alberta beef tartare to braised beef–filled conchiglioni, roasted bone marrow, and beautifully prepared butcher cuts, each dish highlights the depth, quality, and craftsmanship of Canadian beef. The experience finishes on a sweet and surprising note with an apple crostata made with a delicate beef tallow crust. See the Full Menu Here

Join us after 5pm in honouring Canada’s bounty through a menu that bridges alpine inspiration with prairie excellence—rooted in tradition, elevated with care, and crafted to be savoured.


DAY 6 – December 18

Alpine Flight | $10

A VOLO-style tasting of amaro or grappa—three half-ounce pours chosen by you. Logan and the team have curated an approachable, educational way to explore Italy’s favourite digestifs.


DAY 7 – December 19

Chef’s Carved Christmas Cucina | $48 per person

A Thursday tradition, elevated for Oxmas.
Roasted & stuffed turkey (sage + housemade sausage) served with savoury bread pudding, roasted root vegetables, and rich turkey gravy.


DAY 8 – December 20

Negroni Tasting Trio | $15

Three distinct mini-negronis crafted by our bar team—side-by-side, beautifully presented on a custom tasting mat, and built for flavour exploration. 1.5oz each


DAY 9 – December 21

Industry Night – Sunday Supper | $36

A holiday wind-down for our industry, front desk, bell desk, and concierge colleagues. Come relax before the rush—dinner’s on us (well… almost).


DAY 10 – December 22

DJ Après Session | 2–5 PM

Patio party. Fire pits glowing. Satellite bar activated.
DJ PF3D on deck for a Monday afternoon Après Ski session designed for locals and holiday wanderers.


DAY 11 – December 23

Local Supplier Feature – Pappardelle | $32

A celebration of local makers:

  • Canmore Pasta Company pappardelle

  • Banff Roasting Company winter-spiced beef shank braised in local coffee

  • Served on Spirit Ware—another Bow Valley gem
    Finished with a snowfall of Grana Padano.


DAY 12 – December 24

🍾 Christmas Eve Champagne Giveaway

All guests dining with us on Christmas Eve receive a ballot for our Veuve Champagne Package draw.
The prize includes:
• Veuve champagne cart
• Glassware
• Champagne bucket
• A bottle of Veuve
• All wrapped up with a big holiday bow and on display in the dining room.
