Join us in-house at The Fat Ox of Banff for a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner with a twist.

On October 12th and 13th 2025, our dining room transforms into a warm and welcoming Italian-style harvest table. Chef Joe’s favourite fall dishes meet Italian comfort, served family-style for the whole table to enjoy.

Date: Sunday, October 12 and Monday, October 13, 2025
Price: $42 per person+

Family-Style Menu:

• Autumn Panzanella Salad (V / DF)
  Roasted squash, caramelized red onion, focaccia, pumpkin seeds, red wine vinaigrette

• Turkey Piccata (GF)
  Thinly sliced turkey cutlet, lemon, capers, parsley
  OR
  Mushroom Lasagna (V)
  Roasted mushroom ragu, garlic cream, buttered leeks, ricotta, spinach

• Roasted Brussels Sprouts (V / GF)
  Fontina fonduta, toasted hazelnuts

• Tiramisu (V)
  Espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream
